God of War 2. At the Start of the game, you still have all the powers of a God (Full Health, Full Magic, Full power, Rage of Poseidon), that could symbolize vision. Then, spoiler alert, You are tricked into giving away all that stuff and your back down to basic health, no magic, and weak weapons. That could symbolize Blindness. However, as you progress through the game, you gradually regain all that you lost. While the same is not true in real life, you can become better than you were with your vision.
