Self Portrait: Fiery Confidence by Kyna_Inkweaver

Shi moves with purpose and vigor.

Hir head upright and alert, but calm.
No rage on hir face, but traces can be found
As well Joy and laughter have graced it before.
A face of polished steel and fiery brass.

Shoulders squared, steadied and proud,
No imperfections in this reinforced iron.
Shi stops, and the blazing amber eyes lock
Upon hir lovers, and so shi grins.

Shi speaks! Hir voice an airy draw of bow,
Across viola's taunt drawn stings.
But still that forum had bellowed well,
To call for truth, and justice's swing.

Had shi had wings and sword of flame,
t'would look more in place than hir in jeans.
Hir halo, a mess of bronze wires spun,
Held out of hir eyes by purple crown's grace.

A beauty sprung of earth, air, and fire
Gave form by metals, and sure force of will.
No one can conquer hir, shi will rise again,
Surely shi knows, to give up is truly the end.

So, Portrait poetry is something that my cousin introduced me too. I have two that I'm willing to share.
This is the power one.
