Whew... I finally finished.

I wanted to see how far I've come and I think this one is definitely better than the other one that I did only about a year ago. I love koi fish and I love dragons <3

All painted in Adobe Photoshop CS6 with a mouse. No tablet was used (I've never used a tablet but I'm looking for one).
