Continuing with Pride Month, here is Letrune and myself, holding up the Transgender Pride flag together!

Transgender is defined as a person who identifies with a gender other than the one assigned to them at birth. Some transgender people undergo hormone therapy and/or surgeries to help them feel more comfortable with their body, while others may not. Since I started transitioning many years ago and have been on Hormone Therapy myself for about 4 or so years now, I've felt much happier and more comfortable with my body and my confidence as a woman. Things aren't perfect but I've been quite fortunate in some regards. Transgender people face a great deal of unique ignorance, bigotry, legal barriers...and violence...I could probably write a book about transgender stuff, so...how about we move on to celebrating a very lovely lady? smiles

Letrune is one of the many other tg gals I've had the pleasure of meeting online over the years. She's quite the sweetheart, with the just right amount of spunk. smirks She's very caring, even when she's having a down day, she sends her well wishes to others and spreading her unique sunshine. Over in her neck of the woods, she's been facing opposition from doctors blocking her from being able to start on her transition/gender change, giving bullshit excuses as to why they won't hellp her...it's very frustrating to see such a sweet girl be denied like this and, living in another country, I'm only to provide so much assistance..I do truly hope that you keep that light in your heart strong, dear, and that you can achieve your dreams one day, and feel complete, as yourself. Perhaps one day, our paths may even be able to cross, hm?
