Sakkyt (Everignot style!)

There's this adorable MSPA Forum adventure called Everignot, and it's full o' Kobolds! I have a D&D Kobold character that's gone mostly unused, so when 'ZitoIsNeato ZitoIsNeato made the Kobold Visual Reference Sheet for it, I decided it would be fun to convert my existing Kobold guy into Everignot's style :B

Here's his backstory nonsense (slightly edited to align with Everignot's "first steal" concept :P ):
Sakkyt was hatched and raised in the Kobold mining-city of Svernhurthi, situated beneath the tower dungeon of the brass dragon Caphipherum. Caphi' runs the dungeon as a tourist trap for adventurers, to distract attention from the bustling city hiding below (and to make some gold on the side). A great spine of an eleveator shaft spans both the tower and city, and the railed interior of the tower allow entire dungeon levels to ratchet up and down at will, like cheese wheels on a spike. Pity the adventurer who chooses the "All Stations" dungeon tour.

Like many Kobolds, Sakkyt was fascinated at a young age by all things that turn, slide, spring, twist, snap, and make a loud crunch at the end. Much of his childhood was spent in amateur trapsmithing contests with other young kobolds. His favourite book was the tales of the cunning Kobolds of Tucker. Magical artifacts ("highly advanced traps") equally caught his curiosity. Due to his propensity to attempt to combine two or more of any object into a mechanism, his first (legitimate) purchase of value was a Handy Haversack with which to fuel his packrat desires. Against the advice of friends, family, and the patron dragon, Sakkyt decided to pack his Haversack and adventure out into the world beyond Caphipherum's domain. His chosen class of Rogue happened by natural osmosis.

His first steal was a spiked collar, pilfered from around the neck of a particularly unlucky dark elf. He retooled it with a new band to fit his tail, and later replaced the spikes with sharper spikes. It's his lucky spike thingy.

( P.S. I'm all ears for suggestions for what I should name the dragon's dungeon tower. I gots nothin'… )

We need to use the word 'haversack' a lot more than we do.

Plus 3 expert in using unique weapon 'spike thingy'.

I'm sad that the Handy Haversack is often overlooked in comparison to the more popular Bag of Holding. I've been pondering about reusing my Kobold/Dragon/etc ideas again (the original version, rather than this version) for another tabletop (or similarly-flavoured adventure) someday…
