Unintentional Observation of Soemthing

I notice that many, if not all, people are constantly running after the light and forgetting themselves.

Of course, everything you see is visible in the light, but not what's behind it. The depths of mechanics only go into the darkness, where you are suddenly confronted with yourself and if you were only ever in the light before, then you will feel an extremely strong fear.

If it was easy not to know yourself and always stay with the light, it is all the more important that you dive into the darkness and make friends with it, because without shadows there are no places of retreat, of self-reflection and also no possibility of facing your fears, because these are hidden in the darkness and not with the little light, which many people cling to just to avoid recognizing themselves.

Because not accepting yourself and reaching for the light is part of good manners. Don't be surprised if, just before you die, you suddenly get your first glimpse of the depths of darkness, but you don't have time because you have only ever reached for the light until you die without reaching for it. If you are lying on your deathbed and now decide to get to know yourself, then it is already too late. You had plenty of time before, but now there is no more time for you to start working with the shadows.

In almost every culture, darkness is always associated with negative things and despised, because in darkness you meet yourself. You are constantly conditioned to fear your own shadow, like a toddler who sees his shadow for the first time and then starts screaming and running away, but you can't run away from your shadows.

My observation revealed the following: When you go into your own darkness, you begin a journey of no return. Being in the light is as good as instantaneous, but being in the darkness takes many years of work that can't be achieved by any shortcuts.
