Long story short, one of many representatives of the Egyptian gods who goes to modern-day Earth to do her job in the name of her patron, in this case Anubis *or perhaps Anput, considering?). Usually has a human form, but when called to action, her hair winds around her head and her face takes on her more beastly appearance.

...usually she also wears more, um, clothing than this, but the muse was apparently really really anxious to draw a naked lady in jeans. I dunno, mang, I just draw 'em.
