This is nothing less than art that belongs in a classic storybook, the sort to be revealed on a facing page. Is this an endplate, though, a happy ending? Or the beginning of a new story?

Perhaps it's a happy beginning. Both Kendra and Koda look so proud and content here! Knowing her, they may have just left a tavern in his homeland where she'd impressed even the eldest of the lynxes with her knowledge of their history, their stories.

Perhaps next they'll be seen in her homeland, the exotic port cities of the warm, sandy southern regions.
