This character belongs to Outsane on Rescreatu, it was supposed to be a simpler drawing but I have the inability to draw dragons as anything less than absolutely badass. My first successful completely lineless piece, though it took a rather long-ass time so I don't think I'll be using this method again. At least I'm getting better, though.
