Some more details and angles of the 3D cutout Sewaddle card from [here].
It is made from real Pokemon cards that were cut into pieces and stacked in layers to create a 3D look. I also incorporated mixed media such as paints, ribbon, string, foam, 3D printing, and clear acrylic.
