So back when those "make your own virtual pet site" web hosting services were popular, I actually tried my hand at creating my own pet site which, knowing me, could only have been dinosaur-themed. The first three of each species have been posted to my gallery before, but I never showed off the other colors and items that went with them. The idea was that "Yellow Amber" would unlock the base color of each dino, and then Leucistic, Maltese, and Melanistic colors could be achieved with White, Blue, and Black Amber, respectively. The background you see here was also used as the background for my site.
I meant to do more with it, but I eventually lost interest and the hosting website is no longer around. I don't even remember what the name of my site was. Still, it was a pretty cute and simple idea with opportunity for expansion, so it might just be revived in some other form one day.
