One of these days I'll actually learn how to draw fabric instead of pretending to draw it.

Why is a birdman wearing clothes in the first place anyway? Well, in Ghesera, harpies don't need clothing - not for modesty or protection - but in order to live amongst the humanoid races, they have to adopt their norms and customs. This includes wearing clothes, not flying around, etc. Additionally, most humanoids are unfamiliar with harpies and have no idea how to distinguish between males and females. The clothing helps them out there.

Also, I really love this kind of lighting. I kinda used it a lot this past week or so. I also kinda forgot how to color, so enjoy my greyscale phase.
