Plastic Jack And The Psychedelic Rhombus Gang - Mr Meerkat (critique requested)

Featuring the venerable pudaburocyon in the Rhombus today on vocals, lyrics, and genocidal gravitations.

We went to a small zoo that had meerkats,

Came back and was compelled to write this, a song about a space travelling meerkat postman.

Demo version, unfinished - criticism & suggestions welcome. :)

Oh my meerkat flying through space
delivering post with style and grace

Oh Mr Meerkat Mail me a message
I'm waiting for my post from very far away
Oh Mr Meerkat with your tiny mailbag
I'm waiting for my post, please bring it today

Oh Mr Meerkat what have you got there?
nestled against your fluffy stripes
Oh Mr Meerkat wiggle your nosie
standing up tall and puffing your pipe

Oh my meerkat flying through space
delivering post with style and grace

Oh Mr Meerkat Mail me a message
I'm waiting for my post from very far away
Oh Mr Meerkat with your tiny mailbag
I'm waiting for my post, please bring it today

Oh Mr Meerkat what have you got there?
nestled against your fluffy stripes
Oh Mr Meerkat wiggle your nosie
standing up tall and puffing your pipe

Oh my meerkat flying through space
delivering post with style and grace

oh my meerkat you're in space now can you hear the pads that are wooshing away?
oh my meerkat flying past jupiter in a stolen romulan bird of prey
meerkat's entering hyperspace across the galaxy to Suricata Nine
This is the life of a space postman, I can tell you it's pretty damn fine!

    That was good.
Is the patten support to hypnotise me?

Well it defiantly coursed me to hallucinate a bit. I can still see that patten when I blink :)

Were you inspired by The Mighty Boosh at all? Reminds me of something they would do.
If so, I salute you sir.
