Vent art, I guess. (That's also why I added the moderate rating...strong negative feelings.) Though, in general...I don't really advertise when my emotions are down. For the most part, people can't tell--I still comment on art and be encouraging to others. But because I don't show it, it doesn't mean I'm not feeling it. Lots going on lately and it feels like too much weight on top of me.

But, anyways...I'm not actually posting this because I'm advertising some negative emotions in my life. I'm posting it because I actually LIKE how it turned out...with poor little Wabi (Prelude Form) trying to cover his Despair Orb with mud, hoping to stop it from absorbing negative emotions, because he's tired of being so weighted down with everyone's negativity. It's...I'm really just happy that it expresses what I'm really trying to show. nods

I know...it is probably very difficult being a creature that absorbs negative emotions all the time, poor thing. nods

Woah how did I miss this!? the concept is super neat! makes me wanna try colouring with colour pencils again...

Most people probably missed it because I posted it only on Weasyl, not on FA--I thought people would ambush me on it being venty-art. laughs

The colored pencil isn't quite as smooth as some of my chibis were, since I used a rough tooth mixed media paper for this. The white is done with a Faber-Castell white paint pen. And thanks for all the great comments! hugs

Yeah that might be why, and personally I like your vent art. Everyone needs to vent every once and awhile.

Yeah rough paper is always harder to use with coloured pencils. I need to get me one of those faber-castell white pens. And you're quite welcome, im always here kei~ "hugs"

Faber-Castell has come out with a lot of nice marker-pens lately. They've got a lot of brush pens for scrapbooking in many colors (the dark colors are very beautiful). They also added this white paint pen (a broad tip) and gold/silver paint pens, too! I bought the lovely red shades set...the cranberry color is quite nice!
