A very surprised Goomy.
This is such a weird Pokemon...............like any Dragon, it takes FOREVER to level up. And for it's final form, Goodra...it actually has to be raining for it to evolve. What the heck was up with X/Y and the crazy ways to get Pokemon in their final evolutionary formes????? XD
