This set - the 6818-1 Cyborg Scout - if from the UFO sub-theme of Lego's space series. It is a small tricycle vehicle, that includes a blue robot Minifg.

The build of this was simple compared to some of the other things I have constructed. It took me about ten minutes to put together. Nothing much else to say about it, other than I remember having this set as a child, and was always frustrated with it constantly tipping over to the left, due to its unstable wheel configuration.
