Okay, so this is a really extreme example BUT~

You can really see the importance of picking seams. Without picking, the long fur is trapped in the seam, and it creates this really obvious line in the fur. Once this was picked out, you'd never even know there was a seam.

Seams are more easily hidden with long fur than with short. But every seam should be picked out as much as possible!
