Blobog sees messages from the great and powerful Lamashtu, even where there's not to be found. It's a gift.

The impossibly thicc little goblin first encountered the Wayfarers in the depths of the House of the Beast, where he'd spent months hiding in the walls and bonking the Rovagug-worshipping gnolls there with his blessed weapon, Mother's Meat Masher. For each life it reaped, it grew stronger and became capable of greater feats of divine retribution.

The nasty little git revealed himself to the Wayfarers, believing their arrival to be a sign from his goddess that it was finally time to strike at the head of the beast. He vanished after giving them very unhelpful directions, re-appearing just as they finally encountered the Carrion King in an attempt to bash his brains in from the shadows. Unfortunately, the beast-blessed gnoll caught Blobog in his grasp and nearly squeezed him to death before the Wayfarers intervened and slew him.

Afterwords, Blobog was convinced to aid the Wayfarers in their exploits, joining as a full member but spending most of his time pursuing divine missions he assumed Lamashtu was sending him on. He was eventually blessed by the Gnoll Bouda, Nika, after her own connection with Lamashtu was restored, cutting him open with newfound fertility. The goblin's incubation was swift, but instead of birthing his child through this new channel, he found it splitting open across his belly like a gaping wound, hungry and bitey and making him a very proud parent.

His divine implement was soon blessed similarly, awakened to Lamashtu's power as the Wayfarers raided and copulated within the profane depths of a massive Sphinx in the center of Katapesh, itself rumored to be an ancient avatar of Lamashtu committed to stone slumber to await her bidding.
