At least in my personal continuity of things, they'd be. Specifically, Skunk would be from Sukanku's Dad's side.
The whole "he was adopted by Master Panda at birth via Stork Delivery" thing that began the adventures of 'Skunk Fu!' that we all know and love did happen, still... But after that was all well and done, Skunk simply grew up to be a chubster like his adoptive father, Panda. He visits the West from time to time, and works as a commissioned glass art and sculptures maker back in China.

Soft-A.U. shenanigans aside... I simply drew this to bring my mood up, a bit. I'll add shading to this at a later time and update the drawing, accordingly.
