Commentary:
Hey, did anyone else forget that this comic was called Lubo? This is a new record for a "Lubo Appearance Drought", being 15 pages long. The second longest was from way back in chapter 14 with 12 pages of no Lubo on screen. Based on the events I have planned for this chapter, Auda and Elek's scenes absolutely had to come first.
This "drought" would have been a few pages longer if I went with my original idea for this page. It would have just been a flash back of the twins telling Rikku about the masks in the prison. I like this better tho for a few reasons. It transitions from Lopu bringing up his family, it still brings up the twins masks, is a fun moment between Lubo and Tygo, and it shows where Lubo is and what he's up to, which will be relevant in a few pages.
Flashing back to the twins at this point proved to have been awkward and I ended up not knowing what they would even say exactly. So their one extra page of screen time is sadly scrapped.
Batuu: So much for their masks. =w=
