Commentary:
We interrupt this fight scene broadcast with an important flashback PSA of an important rule for Lunar Magic spells. Some readers might already assume this, but these rules ALSO apply to Solar Magic Spells.

This rule in particular might actually be hard to guess, as most of characters shown using a power would rarely be using both a power and a spell at the same time. For example: Usaro, who's done the most spells as far as I remember, only has his power active when he needs to manipulate wood.

By the way, I decided to try out thinner panel borders, as well as less space between panels. This allows the panels to have more space in them and avoid having a lot of emptiness on the page. Might be a bit hard to tell since this page just so happens to have the almost-black color for the outside of panels. Next page should be more obvious.
