Commentary:
New character! And with a dramatic entrance. I'll let you decided whether those are literal flowers or if it's just a special effect for flare. She won't be doing too much yet but I wanted to introduce her before Volume 1 ended. She's the only one part of Lubo/Lopu/Lobok's circle of friends to not have made an appearance yet. Luckily I found a reason for her to be here besides just visiting.

Otto is here too. He hasn't made an appearance since chapter 5 and has been featured in only 2 other pages.

Also Holy crap so many characters on this page. And many panels with two characters next to them. Also a lot of salutations on this page. I find these kind of pages necessary to establish all the characters in the scene (other than characters that show up unexpectedly).
