Commentary:
The first official appearance of Lubo's parents, Lobok and Chokai! And we even have young Lubo and baby Luna. Also the name of Lopu's late wife, Maya, is mentioned for the first time.

I'm glad I finally get to draw his parents. I figured it was best to save them for special occasions. Although as soon as I finished designing them, I immediately regretted my decision to have them be dead from the very beginning. Oh well, no going back now.

It took me a while to figure out what color fur Lobok and Chokai should be. I mixed Lopu and Maya's fur color to get Lobok, their son, and then I gave Chokai a fur color that would mix with Lobok's fur to somewhat make Lubo and Luna's fur color. That's probably not how fur genetics works, but I can bend the rules for my own world, darn it!
