Inspired by Andy Warhol, I decided to paint this Pop Art piece of my Fursona. The w-shaped marking is missing because I wanted to keep the style of this painting simple and to give the character a more generalized look.

It's painted on a 70 cm x 30 cm canvas with Amsterdam Expert Series acrylics. Unfortunately, no photo or scanner can capture the real power of the colours.

The painting was ruined by water during an aquarium incident and I had to repaint it, this time sealing it with varnish to protect it against all environmental odds. From this point on, I've sealed every one of my paintings with varnish, because I've learned of this mistake.

So this is the story why my acrylic paintings are surface washable! :D
