This is not a mock-up (nor is it a pipe).

After I originally posted that sprite sample on FA, I decided to go ahead and test out the sprites in-game by hacking them in and I decided to try working further on the sprites, despite having not heard anything from Ryusuta about a planned Bunny Link's Awakening mod. I also decided to edit one line of text, as can be seen above, just for fun. It is not without reason that the original FA post of this was titled "A bit excessive?". Oh, if only I knew how "excessive" I would end up being...

In any case, putting my sprites to the test did prove useful. For example, I discovered that the sprites for walking left or right that I had made looked a bit stiff when put into action, so I needed to fix that.
