JiggyMino? (Animated)

I forget why, but I decided to make My Moosona dance. And did my best to time it to Field of Hopes and Dreams. Clip Studio Paint is actually bad at exporting gifs so I had to lower the export FPS to make it match. (which is why last time I tried to match an animation to a song, the animation was faster.)

But anyway. He dances!

Have you tried exporting the file as an animated PNG? I know that uses an entirely different program, though.

Yeah, but it's hard to find places that even supports apng, from what I've seen. Seems like it's mostly for stickers. But I dunno if it's getting more support. Would be nice, gif is not great lol.

Though it is a CSP thing in this case, cause I couldn't make a gif with transparency with CSP, so I copy and pasted all the frames to Aseprite and I just had to export that normally and it allowed me to have no BG while also keeping the timing.

Clip Studio Paint is great for drawings, but it's animation support is still pretty bad. Since it's not an animation program first.

I think most if not all art sites should be able to support APNG files, since they're similar enough to standard PNG files and seem to have lower file sizes than GIF files. The problem is usually related to a given browser, as Firefox seems to be the only "big" browser that natively supports APNGs. However, I think APNGs are gaining more support, since more browsers now have plugins or native support for these files.

As for programs, I use APNGasm to splice together APNGs after drawing out the frames in an art program. The former is kinda crap, but it works for what I need. ♪
