Velock is Jett's little brother and a young genius who likes nothing more than to experiment on strange objects just for the sake of plain curiosity. Though physically weaker, He is much faster than Jett. As a result Velock has come to use some of his powers in his experiments only to have it blow up in his face.

Contrary to his brother's humble nature, Velock is quite cocky, often landing him in trouble. However when the going gets tough he tends to stand and fight.
When he realizes that he's outmatched, He turns tail and runs. Quite the little rascal isnt he?
