Nice use of texture and color- you've nailed the look of transparent traditional media. Do you do watercolor/inkwork IRL? I would suggest looking into the look of guache, as I seem to be getting a sense that you like foxes. A touch of white guache (or emulating it digitally) would be a good way to get white highlights on your foxes without breaking the watercolor effect.
