They have two long antennae on their foreheads, and they grow silky hair on the tops of their heads which they like to grow out long, their hair color is light pink.

They all have large fairy/butterfly-like wings which range in color and can be folded into a scroll-like wrap on their backs when not in use. The colors of their wings are usually pale pink, but can be blue, green, white, yellow, or violet. They have thin necks, delicate frames with a V-shaped thorax with breast-like bumps on their chests. They have very thin waists, and their lower half is a round, ant-like abdomen. They have very thin and long arms with delicate four-fingered hands, thin Human-like legs, though their feet resemble an arthropod with two toes.

The Enalla can only reproduce asexually through parthenogenesis, unlike the Rumaeri and Dinaks who can do so sexually and asexually. Also, unlike the Rumaeri and Dinaks who engage in sex to start up their hormones to get pregnant, the Enalla do not require sex to reproduce, they can reproduce at will and sex with one-another will not result in pregnancy. They will only give birth to daughters, which will be clones of the mother. An Enalla will lay one egg at a time, after which, a large larva will hatch. After three years, the larva will form its own cocoon and stay in it for one year before emerging as a young Enalla.

Personality
In terms of personality, you will never know what you may get with the Enalla. Some can come off as being perky, gleeful, energetic, and make no attempt to establish superiority over others. In addition, they can be seen as adventurous risk-takers, eager to make friends. Then, you have some individuals who can be openly rude, insulting and condescending. The most conservative ones are known for being quite cruel, vain, and tyrannical.

Electrokinesis
Some Enalla have the power of Electrokinesis, which means they can harness the power of electricity. Electrokinesis users can create, manipulate, and shape electricity using the electrons and protons to discharge large amounts of electricity to shock or burn opponents, they can even control the direction of lightening, experienced users can conduct electric fields around them, and can even stop and restart hearts like living defibrillators. Some Enalla can even power machines as living batteries.

Domain
The Enalla are native to the continent of Lektira Islands. These islands are situated with Phara to the North, Akrya to the west, Itubiya to the south, and Valina to the east. The Lektira Islands have a mountainous, Mediterranean atmosphere with many farms, vineyards, forests, likes, rivers, and shrubbery. Some speculate that they may also have been native to Phara and/or Akrya.

Government
The Enalla Congress is the most technologically advanced country in Otacaia, its capital is the City of Nirtea. Discoveries left behind by the Pharae Order after The Fall have allowed the Enalla, Akryans, and Jithrans to forge their own technologies such as transportation vehicles such as airships. All cities within the country, including Nirtea are protected by “invisible walls” which protect them from being attacked. The Enalla Congress also has the most Eizo out of all the Otacaians, coming from the Seat of the Gods in Phara, which is also blocked off by the same forcefields that surround the cities of the Congress and monitored by a contingent of Tefuna.

Politics
Due to the Enalla’s close historic relationship with the Pharae, they were able to acquire most of the left behind technology for themselves making the Enalla Congress one of the most powerful nations in Otacaia. With regards to the current Trinity War, the Enalla Congress has chosen to stay as “neutral” as possible. So they say, but they are secretly giving Eizo to both the Akryan Brotherhood and Jithran Senate, both countries are dependent on the Congress’ supplies of Eizo to forge their weapons and airships.

The Enalla Congress tries to maintain diplomatic relations with the rest of Otacaia, including the Akryan Empire and the Jithran Senate, much to the chagrin of both countries. The capital of the Enalla Congress, Nirtea, is known throughout Otacaia as an artistic and educational center being home to many artists and intellectuals throughout Otacaia, often being called the “Diamond of Otacaia”. There is a relatively low crime rate in the Enalla Congress, and immigration is strictly monitored.

Culture
The Enalla are matriarchal as they are an all-female species and are a very poetic people, Enalla children are expected to be well-versed, almost every occasion would call for a poem to be recited; be it a birthday party, birth of a child, getting a promotion. Painting and artwork were also of high interest to the Enalla in addition to writing and poetry.

Enalla judge each other based on the poems they recite, and it is a key part of their interactions with each other. They would also judge each other’s art and writing, an Enalla who was not good at the arts were essentially treated as outcasts. An expression of art to an Enalla is an expression of their very souls.

Enalla also take their physical appearances very seriously, they will clean and groom themselves daily. In Enalla culture, if you look good, you are a good and beautiful person. Enalla are expected to dress modestly, whereas an Enalla dressed in a provocative or revealing manner is seen as a prostitute, a harlot, or a deviant.

The Enalla have spread their influence through intelligence, much like the Rumaeri. Unlike the Rumaeri who have spread their influence through sex and fear, the Enalla spread their influence through cultural and artistic superiority, as well as technological advancements, they try to befriend other races to assert their ideals and beliefs on them. The Enalla seek to maintain political, economic, and military power above all the other Otacaians.

After The Fall, the Enalla have enacted a feudal society with a queen (which is elected through popular vote and serving for a fixed term), and a small nobility of Electrokinetic users controlling a larger powerless peasant population. Mothers pass on their social status to their daughters; so if an Enalla noble and an Enalla peasant have daughters together, the daughter of the noble will be a noble while the daughter of the peasant remains a peasant.

However upward mobility does exist for the peasant population, especially if a peasant is born with Electrokinesis. If a peasant exhibits Electrokinesis, she and her family can be elevated to the noble status.

Tefuna
Within The Enalla Congress, there is a military regiment called the Tefuna who act as law enforcers. The Tefuna are mainly the daughters of elites with Electrokinesis, however powerless Enalla are also recruited from the peasants as well as criminals. The Tefuna are higher than the noble class and have secondary status to the queen. The Tefuna are allowed to marry and have daughters, however they must do so with the queen’s permission. The Tefuna are trained rigorously in the art of physical combat and homing in their Electrokinetic skills, they also learn survival skills, espionage, sabotage, how to resist torture, and killing their enemies.

When Enalla larvae are ready to form their own cocoons, they are temporarily separated from her mother and put into a cavern called a “Pupatory” where they are defended by a squad of Tefuna while they make their cocoons and pupate after a year. Once they pupate, they are taught by a group of Enalla teachers called “Pupatory Maidens” to use their limbs and wings before being transferred back to their mothers.

Clothing
The Enalla love colorful clothing, bright clothes, and decorations, though the lower classes tend to have less colorful clothing than the richer elite. They will wear lianlu-like shoes on their feet which are embroidered with flowers or animals that continue to the sole of the shoe or just plain depending on the Enalla’s social class. Lastly, they will wear flower crowns on their heads which are fan-shaped adorned with tassels, feathers, jewelry, or pom-poms with the nobility’s crowns being larger and more exaggerated. All Enalla will adorn themselves with jewelry, bracelets, and necklaces.

The Tefuna will wear clothing much more different than the rest of the population. They will be dressed in black, with superior officers wearing either blue or orange. These black clothes will have different lines of colors, such as red, white, green, yellow, etc. They will not wear crowns, instead they will wear caps or headscarves. They will wear knee-length skirts instead of dresses with short-sleeved shirts with holes in the back for their wings to fit through. They will also wear the same kind of shoes that the rest of the Enalla wear.

Certain clothing styles such as these exist within the Enalla Congress so each Enalla will know their place in society.

Food
The Enalla are mostly vegetarian and only occasionally eat meat. They eat mostly honey, syrup, sugars, liquids, flowers, herbs, seeds, grains, tubers, fruits, and vegetables. Their most famous dish is a Marzipan-like confection known as "Haltane" which is composed mainly of ground Curba nuts, sugar, honey, and Dasni flower water. Haltane has a playdough-like texture and can be worked into different shapes, such as little cookies, miniature buildings, animals, fruits, and can be colored with a wide range of natural food dyes. It can also be molded around layers of different confections for an added flavor.
