Swellows have some of the most interesting markings of any of the bird Pokemon I think. I love the dual tail feathers they have.
You've done an exceptional job making him look fluffy, if a bit grumpy. =3 But what is the leather strap around him? Is that just decoration, or is it carrying something?

Funny thing is Taillow looks exactly like a cartoonified swallow, markings are exact and everything.
The strap usually has a bag for carrying mail (a job she grudgingly took), but I didn't draw the sack because it would have covered too much of the body).
