Blaine Hodge stopped a guy with a machete from murdering a woman in California with a machete. He was hurt badly in the attack and may lose his right hand. Self proclaimed otaku and shown in the news broadcast wearing an All Might shirt, could not help but draw this man like the real hero he really is.
