Leader of a nomadic group known as the Icers, Akemi commands the largest hovercraft in their fleet. Overseeing a vast territory in the frozen wastes, he leads his people in their constant fight for survival.

Lacking any sort of home base, they must often scavenge and improvise for what they need. This results in a somewhat freeform style of dress, formed from whatever fabric is available.

With family structures being somewhat impractical in their situation, they live communally, with the entire clan bearing responsibility for their children.
