Dr.Nagasawa: ...So, Ms.Valour, your file says that you mainly do desk work. Why is it you have decided to volunteer for the project? You don't look like the type that would be the first to run out to the front lines.

Viola: Well... while I'd usually be content working the more mundane side of the fence, the current situation we are in has made me want to do more to protect those in need. I can't just sit by pushing papers while superpowered criminals run about hurting people, can I?

Dr.Nagasawa: I see. And are you comfortable undergoing this process in order to do so? You know that there is no going back from a procedure like this?

Viola: I am aware, yes. It's quite scary to think about if I am being honest. However, when I see all the harm being done due to this mess we're in, I find that I'm willing to take the leap to do what is needed. Besides, getting the ability to throw fireballs or shoot lighting isn't the worst it could be right?

Dr.Nagasawa: ...Indeed, there are many options when it comes to this project. I am sure we will find something that suits you. Now then, I need to ask some questions to make sure you are fit for the job at hand.

Viola: Of course, as away!

Dr.Nagasawa: Do you have any temperament issues? Are you prone to violent outburst?

Viola: Oh heavens no, nothing of the sort! I'm pretty mild all things considered. I can't see myself going off like that at all.

Dr.Nagasawa: How do you handle stressful situations?

Viola: I tend to avoid direct conflict, so when I get into a sticky situation I generally try to de-escalate. A battle of words is better than a battle of fists after all.

Dr.Nagasawa: Avoid conflict? Ironic considering what your applying for.

Viola: Well, I figured that in this time of crisis, a lighter touch could go a long way. Don't want to make our world even more crazy.

Dr.Nagasawa: Heh, The general is of the same mindset. Keep it clean, he told me. He doesn't want us making things worse.

Viola: That's great to hear! I was honestly a little worried that this would end up being another 'Might makes right' sort of deal.

Dr.Nagasawa: Well, there are times when force is needed, but there are many different views on the matter that are being considered. We want to make sure that we are effective at the job we are trying to do.

Viola: Great! So... Do you think I'm a good fit for the program?

Dr.Nagasawa: ...I think so. I can see a lot of potential in you, so if you get approved, I bet you'll do wonders.

Viola: Y-You really think so?!?

Dr.Nagasawa: Indeed. we need more people like you. People willing to step forward and take a risk for the greater good. There aren't enough people with such open minds on the matter if you ask me... I'll have to run your profile by the general first, but you have my vote.

Viola: Awesome! I really hope I can make a difference with this program!

Dr.Nagasawa: I feel the same way. I hope this project can help us all change for the better...
