When taking a work photo, pose dramatically, smile, scream to the world that you are a frontier scientist, somebody who can take a pile of sticks and create a civilisation revolution from them!

...I mean you can still be a slightly dorky gryphon with a grand total of one invention that hasn't blown up in his face, that's just not how you should take the photo.
