Worldbuilding Concepts. drew these quite a while ago for coloring practice then compiled them together into one image.

They are the Eiseghnn [commonly pronounced like Eyez-Enn or sometimes Ess-Enn]. though more closely related to a draconic species then some kind of fish. They are known for their Engineering and Architectural prowess and able to mass produce some of the more advanced pieces of tech within the galaxy from their own empires.

Fun Fact: while an obligate carnivorous people, they vastly prefer a seafood diet over "land meat". salmon, tuna and mackerel are the most popular with them, whale is staple food and is farmed on their worlds. and a fondness to tropical fruit such as lychee.
