Vancouver will be having their first ever anthropomorphic convention; VancouFur, sometime in March, so I decided to submit some artwork for their conbook.
The theme for the convention is general Canadian stuff, so this American tried his best to give them some art that would fit the theme well.

The Royal Canadian Mounties are some of the most recognizable forces in the world, especially since they wear bright read uniforms. I don't know why, but I've always liked them (maybe it has something to do with that one Bugs Bunny cartoon, I dunno), so when I sat down to do some art for their conbook, this -had- to be done.

The thing was that, while this is pretty simple, their uniforms have a lot of small details that I never noticed before, so I had to make sure not to go crazy with the drawing here. I kind of wish I gave him something on his arm, but at the same time I didn't want to make the picture too cluttered and 'busy'.

Overall, I'm very happy with how this looks, out of the three that I did, I think this has to be my favorite.
