I think people should be fine with this picture. I feel that this pictures have a multiple meanings and everyone will see it differently.

I stumbled on this looking up the 'black' tag. Shading panther fur's a bugger and I needed something to study! >v< That being said, the first thing that comes to mind, particularly with a money noose is how some of the darker-toned people in places like South Africa will utterly ruin their skin with chemicals in an effort to look more upperclass.

this...could potentially give you a lot of flak, idk how Weasyl's community is really. But with this pic, it seems to me like it means, that black people get more hate than whites, and the character wants to be white so she can be treated equally, that's my take on it.
