I’ve always been fascinated by dreams and how our brain creates them and what they might mean in our waking lives. Keeping a dream journal will help me figure out what i’m feeling exactly and help to keep my brain in check on remembering said dreams.

It’ll help me see if there is, at all, a pattern to them. Some can open your eyes on what your subconsciousness is trying to tell you secretly about your waking life.
