So I went hiking yesterday, which isn't new and exciting, but I went during the daytime and actually hauled my gear out with me. This wound up being one of my favorite shots from the day. It ain't even up on my website yet.

But yeah I uh.. I messed up really bad and now I can't lift my leg? I can only lift it enough to kind of.. shamble around the house. My hip and leg hurt so bad I cried this morning. so appreciate this very painful photograph please.
