Sable listened to what Magnum had just told him. he wondered why he would tell him something so personal. he only knew him recently. maybe he only felt bad for him? why wasn't he afraid of him? when he asked Magnum why he still chose to talk to someone like him, Magnum simply told him that they were friends.

Sable felt tears forming in his eyes. he looked down at hand as he wiped his eyes. it was the first time he had seen his own tears. he cried loudly, the years of loneliness, isolation, and sadness boiling over. he latched onto Magnum, sobbing into his chest. Magnum felt small tears pricking the edge of his eyes.
