I caught this little punk giving wedgies to poor innocent kids at the park. If there's one thing i hate it's bullies who pick on kids smaller than themselves. Perhaps i should show this little delinquent the power of the legendary "Dragon Wedgie" and maybe he'll think twice before hiking peoples underwear up over their head!
