Here's another 2020 sketch I didn't get around to finishing. It was meant to be a semi-follow up to my drawing of Peter and Basho singing Paul McCartney songs. https://www.weasyl.com/~guineapigdan/submissions/1956936/karaoke-cat-and-dragon I chose Paul's 1997 song Flaming Pie for that drawing because Flaming Pie Deluxe Edition had been released earlier that year. However, Marilyn Manson also had a new album drop in 2020 called We Are Chaos and I was going to draw Shank and Basil singing the title track in Shank's lonely pond. The idea was that Shank and Basil would be quarantining themselves during the covid pandemic and pass the time singing sad karaoke songs in contrast to the drawing of Basho and Peter being happy. However I was lazy and never colored this. And then February 2021 happened, when Evan Rachel Wood named Manson as her abusive ex-lover she's alluded to for years, and disinclined me to have Shank and Basil sing one of Manson's songs. I still like this sketch though, so maybe in the future I'll color this and have them sing something different? I dunno.
