Back in the ancient times, Loki was known to be one of the first Angel/Demon hybrids in existence. Loki was left on the doorsteps of the Walhalla palace after his birth killed his biological mother. There, Odinn and his brothers took him in and raised Loki as their sworn brother. The three god brothers were aware of Loki's demon heritage, but decided to accept him into Walhalla palace, since he isn't a full blooded demon.

As Loki grew up, he was known to be quite wild and mischievous, and there on, he was commonly known as The Trickster of Asgard. He got under the skin of various gods and demons for his own amusement. Tricks range from banishing the agricultural gods to the various six mortal realms below Godheim, to impersonating others to get even with those who only get in his way.

One day, Loki married the frost Jotunn named Angraboda, and planned to start a family with her, while at the same time, trying to keep his demonic heritage a secret.

However, the happiness was short lived, due to the birth of his three, pure blooded demon offspring. After giving birth to the demon triplets, Angraboda was horrified and furious, and decided to spread the news throughout Walhalla kingdom.

Odinn, horrified of the demon children, ordered Loki to abandon them in various locations throughout the cosmic tree. Loki obeyed the orders of his sworn brother, and got rid of his demonic triplets.

Halja (aka Hel, Hela), was banished to Helheim and adopted by King Scratch. Jormungand was forced to wander the eight realms as a nomad. However, Fenris was a tough case. Fenris was the most rebellious and outspoken of the triplets. After trying to overthrow the kingdom of Walhalla, Odinn decided to banish Fenris out in the middle of the forest, where he was hog tied and left dangling upside down from a huge tree.

But that was only the beginning of the trouble....As Loki continued to push the buttons of everyone around him, until he and his second wife, Sigyn, were banished to Helheim for an unspeakable crime. There, two of his offspring, as well as his demonic grandchildren, all got their sweet revenge on the trickster god. They tortured and tormented him until the Twilight of the Gods took place.

When Ragnarok came, Loki was somehow freed from his bonds, and with his new master, the fire Jotunn Surt, Loki wreaked havoc once more.

However, Loki and Surt's victory was short lived, since a few of Halja's sons and their allies slayed Surt and banished Loki to the human world of earth, cursing him with immortality and eternal youth, as well as banishing his divine powers.

Today, Loki's whereabouts are unknown. Only time will tell when he will find a way to regain his divine strength and get revenge on his demonic descendants.
