When it comes to the Japanese Rudra no Hihou fanbase, seems like Miemyl, Legin's older sister, has received the "ensemble dark horse" treatment, even though she has a few scenes and works as a shopkeeper. I don't blame Japanese fans for digging Miemyl, she is kinda cute after all (plus, I have a thing for albinos)

So I made Miemyl into a merrow mermaid. I even gave her the red cap that merrows are famous for. Her tail is colored like her dress in the official artwork. Plus, it's fun to experiment with creating various species of merfolk.
