After seeing www.deviantart.com/katamariluv…, I agree with https://www.deviantart.com/katamariluv that Tubba Blubba should be reformed. Mario came over to Lady Bow's mansion to tell her the he felt guilty for making Tubba cry, and Bow started to feel the same. The two of them went to Tubba's house to apologize to him, then he gives them a big hug!
