This is my half of an art trade with snickers1863 from FurAffinity who asked for a pudgy, fat buizel and floatzel. Instead, I made it into buizel wants to be as big as floatzel with his round belly, so floatzel inflates him with water from his mouth but goes a little too far and ends up rounder than floatzel. Hope you like it and sorry for the small change.
