I can never take the word "huntress" seriously when it is accompanied by scraggly-dressed women with one or more bare knees poking the ground, often dirt or mud. And so here is one that nobody else should be able to take seriously either.

...is that the Flying Fickle Finger of Fate?

Based on a cursory web search, it appears I am not old enough to know what that is! Therefore, I cannot verify if it does or does not appear here.

The FFFoF was a satiric award "given" to people in the public eye on the US TV show "Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In" in the late 60s and early 70s. The best quick explanation of it I have found is the first couple of paragraphs of https://www.facttrek.com/blog/finger :

On September 16, 1968, four days before Star Trek’s third season premiere of “Spock’s Brain”, the second season opener of NBC’s Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In featured the very first Flying Fickle Finger of Fate award. That dubious honor—which became a weekly staple of the series—was awarded to public figures, corporations, and government agencies, for their many questionable achievements. As to that first one…

And the winner is: the United States Congress, established 1781 as a lobby for the American people, for ignoring the wishes of 200 million Americans and delaying passage of a gun control law, we hereby present Congress with the first Flying Fickle Finger of Fate.

        Some things never change.

The name of the award is probably inspired by the title of a 1967 film, "The Fickle Finger of Fate", which I don't know anything else about.

The award itself looked like this: https://www.christies.com/en/lot/lot-4417639 . The projectile in your drawing (I'm not sure if it counts as an "arrow") reminded me of it. :)

(I am technically old enough to have been present when that show was on TV, but I only know about it from later reruns.)
