There's a story to this, but it's slightly long for the Description so it will go somewhere else.

In the meantime meet Lieutenant Ix'traneth. The title is an approximate translation but 'neth is one of the first off-world aliens Gordon ever meets (Those not on the planet he's supposed to be protecting.) I won't say too much about him as for the plot but he's mainly what you'd expect from a junior Bull Ix; hot-headed, very take-charge and difficult to panic.

While he's a very competent pilot, though, nothing can prepare an organic for how fast and accurate Gordon's drones are. Luckily for 'neth and the rest of his species Gordon's drones are also compassionate and try to be non-lethal when can be.
