Cursed by a dragon as a princess, when she took the throne from her parents the greedier she got the more dragoness-y she became.

From dragon tail/ears to anthro dragon, feral dragon to GIANT feral dragon, and beyond to an enormous behemoth ruling over the kingdom of Diamond Peaks

The bigger her treasure pile becomes, the heftier and more dragonlike she gets

Those wings USED to let her fly once upon a time

And that metal collar around her neck was an attempt to keep her in the dungeons until she got too fat for it and broke off from the wall!
