Went back and revisited an old, old character of mine. A naga girl named Sola~

She and her kind use gems as focal points for magic. She is quite proficient in light and fire magics in particular. Her sister Luna is a master in water and lightning magics. Their species use of magics (even though it was peaceful) lead to other races fearing the power they had. That fear lead to an unexpected war. A war which almost lead to their extinction.

Their species is part of my fantasy universe I've been working on for a couple years now. I'm slowly getting somewhere with it and maybe someday I'll actually do some kind of web comic or something~

Tried some more simplistic, quick colouring techniques here too as an experiment. I think it doesn't look too bad at all!

ALSO... I love drawing fantasy stuff as some of you may know. I'm curious....if I were to do monster girl and guy adopts (naga, mermaid, chimera, ogre, kitsune, slime, kappa, etc) would anyone be interested? I'd have a blast with it for sure. Thanks!
